The hotel itself is very nice! Very clean and friendly staff. I booked the South Hampton suite for a surprise for my boyfriend on our anniversary. The room was nicely decorated, clean and cozy. Breakfast in the morning was hot with many options. The only issue I had was that the jets for the jacuzzi in our room did not work. We called the front desk at about 11pm after we realized this and an employee came up right away to try and help us. He wasn’t able to fix it, so he tried to accommodate us by either giving us the option to move to a different suite or giving us a discount on our stay. Aside from the one minor setback, it was a really nice little vacation. All in all, Great hotel. Great overnight staff. We enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend.

Stayed here when we went to oneida casino. Very close to the casino making it very convenient. Hotel was very clean and front desk person very nice. Room was a little small and set up a little different. Bathroom was small and the sink is in the actual room. Beds were comfy and continental breakfast was very good with many choices. There is also a pool and hot tub that looked nice, but didn't go in.

Rooms were nice and clean. The queen bed room is a decent size for if you need to go to an early flight or coming in on a late flight and just need a place to sleep. Maybe it's because I'm spoiled with a very comfortable cloud like bed but the bed and pillows weren't super comfortable. I've slept on much worse. But I'd give the bed a 6/10 and the pillows a 4/10. Super clean rooms though. Hot tub size is a joke. Put your arms out and you can reach across it! But it was hot and clean. The inside of the hotel is bipolar, somewhat stuck in the 70s and some in the 2000s. Hallway carpet was interesting. If you're a light sleeper not the place for you as it sits right under the take off and landing strip of the airport.

I honestly don't know where to start on this awful hotel. The rooms are beyond tiny unless you like the locked in someone's basement vibe. The bathroom was the tiniest room I have ever been in and the pillows on the bed were so small. Who doesn't have pillows that cover the width of the bed? The hot tub and pool are so small that they almost shouldn't include them as an amenity... There were so many kids that it made it almost impossible to sleep. On top of it someone tried walking in our room at 11 pm... We were lucky enough to be standing by the door and we were able to close and lock it. The only solution was for them to switch our room, at midnight! Honestly spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else! The only reason I left two stars instead of one is that their housekeeping staff are very friendly! They were the only ones to smile and say anything to me during our whole nightmare of a stay!

I would never stay here again. The bed were extremely old and creaky. The room had no tempature control in the room at all. As it got later and later the room was colder. There was also a housekeeper who was complaining on the phone that she had to stay an extra "2 hours" and that the manager takes advantage of that, because other housekeepers did not show up for there shift. It was extremely unprofessional and just very tacky to be honest. You should never be in an open space where customers can hear you complaining about work. It's too many other hotels around greenbay where I'm sure they have beds that aren't old and creaky and more professional workers.
