We stayed in a newly renovated room. The room was spacious for a downtown hotel. Beds were comfy, linens were all clean. The room was nice and quiet. It's perfectly located. Excellent views from the 7th floor.

I don't know where to start. We pulled up to valet, we had to seek out the attendants, every single time we returned. One evening the attendant was enjoying a cigarette while we waited for him to acknowledge us. There's no irons in the rooms. We called down 3 times and the phone rang until it hung up or went busy. My husband decided to go down to the front desk thinking they were busy. However, he found that the front desk clerk was play solitaire and the lobby was empty. The service here was the worst I've experienced in a long time. We were ready to check out, but had commitments in the city and it was too late to make other accommodations. Please excuse my typos, for some reason my phone is not allowing me to go back to correct the text. We booked a king but ended up in a double bed room. Omg...it was horrible! I had to climb over my husband or scoot to the foot of the bed to get out, because there was less than a foot from to bed to the wall or window on my side of the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable!

Cute quaint kinda tight rooms but super clean. Staff super friendly near eateries downtown. When I was there they were still renovating unfortunately but their superb staff made up for it.

Cards didn’t work to get into my hotel. Countless people came to try and get me in with new cards and were unsuccessful. Was eventually moved into another room in such none of our stuff was there because it was all locked in another room. Now have no clothes, hygiene, clothes, etc. what kind of operation is this hotel running. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last available.

My wife and I recently had an amazing stay at The Indigo. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean, and the views overlooking the Mississippi River and location near The Manship Theatre, Tsunami, LSU MOA, etc., could not be beaten. The staff went above and beyond to exceed expectations and make our stay incredible. 10/10 will go back!
