Today we stopped at Horns Electric City Bar & Grill for lunch after visiting the Grand Coulee Dam. The place was somewhat busy, and it seemed like only two people were working. After a little wait, we were given menus and our drink order was taken. I ordered the Chef Salad, and my girlfriend ordered a hamburger and fries. Our food arrived a little later and can be summed up as diner food—tasty, but nothing special. The staff was friendly and managed the busy environment well, despite being short-staffed. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick meal if you're in the area, especially if you're not in a rush.

small bar with excellent food. very surprised. Jalapeño poppers were best I ever had and hamburger choices are many and delicious.

One of the best burgers I have ever had hands down but knocking one star off for the fries....they were overcooked and hard, I was disappointed. My husband loved his French dip sandwich. Friendly service and cool dive bar feel inside.

Great place with a friendly staff. Only been here for breakfast so not sure how the lunch and dinner is. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the beer is ice cold.

There weren't very many places for us to choose from. That made it easy. If you are looking for an old school side of the road bar and grill then look no further. The staff are awesome 👍. The loaded Nachos are delicious one order will serve two. Be prepared to talk to the locals they will share their story and love to hear yours. They have added outdoor seating with a stage. As for now they are not pet friendly. Hopefully they will consider letting them in the Patio area. In any case I suggest you visit and enjoy.
