Nice hotel. Updated and clean rooms. Pool is large rectangle, no hot tub, but there is a mini putt putt course. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Popcorn or cookies available in the afternoon. Area is close to food, some of it walkable to and felt safe.
I've stayed in quite a few Holiday Inn Express hotels throughout Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana and have only ever had 1 unpleasant experience. What I can say about this location is check in was good, room was very clean and kept clean throughout my 3 night stay, and your within walking distance of some really good places. All my interactions with staff was pleasant, at breakfast when I came across staff they were polite and told me good morning. I will definitely be booking with this location again in the future. Thank you for a great experience IHG!
It was wonderful to be able to soak in a tub! All our family committed on how they had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. All rooms were well maintained and had daily service unless told to do otherwise. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast offerings. Plenty of good safe parking.
Great check-in greeted as IHG member. Went above and beyond to upgrade me based on status even though I had not asked. I needed to do some laundry and the gentleman at the desk was beyond accommodating and helpful. This was my first time visiting this area of the country and I must say it was a warm welcome and a nice way to be greeted into a new city traveled. Thank you for the pleasant overnight.
Was a wonderful experience, the courteous staff to the amazingly comfortable and convient rooms from the spacious restroom to the view. All in all i give this lovation a 13 out of 10. Good job ladies and gentlemen keep up the good work...
