front desk staff mega mid 3/10 🌚. girl with the purple hair high key rude and unhelpful. she reads books instead of standing at the front and helping guest. the lady on the night shift was nice and gave us towels no problem. The lady in the front in the morning was trash. i think she was the manager. somebody should take that away because you shouldn’t treat guest like that. when my mommy confronted her she just made faces at me. nobody likes getting yelled at but i really do think there was other ways to help us and they just didn’t want us there. HOUSEKEEPING they need a raise because they were the only nice ones there. very helpful and nice to us. i really like all our interactions with different housekeeping people. 10/10 house keepers. very friendly until you get to the front desk, they are just rude people in the front. overall kind of clean, could use a little more work. our trip was supposed to be 5-7 days but only lasted 2 days due to the front desk people being unhelpful and not explaining in more detail more ways we could have got a room. Made us stressed and made us leave.
Had a wonderful stay. Very clean place! The beds are comfortable, breakfast was great with many options. Front desk people were kind and welcoming. My daughter got to go swimming which was her favorite thing about the place. Definitely a plus that have handicap assistance beside the pool and hot tub. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
I travel allot for basketball for my daughter. This hotel did not disappoint. Friendly service time are great breakfast was good only thing was the milk in the fridge wasn't cold enough make milk nasty other then that your normal free breakfast. I enjoyed the stay everyone was nice helpful.
Room's we're very clean and comfortable. The staff we're attentive, called me in my room shortly after I settled in to make sure everything was ok, even brought me a list of local takeout and delivery places. There are some restaurants within walking distance.
My 2nd time staying here for business trip. I returned here all due to the nice room, it got cleaned every day, all of the front desk ladies I came in contact with were professional.
