My friends and I went for a concert and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences that I have had. We stayed in 416 and 138 and we had no incidents or issues that would cause me to rate this room stay any other way. We found parking without incident, breakfast was good as well as the service in that area. I want to give a huge shout out to Derrick, the GM and his front desk staff for making themselves available to us when and if we needed them. You guys are the reason I travel!! Keep doing what you are doing. I will most definitely be back to see you in BATON ROUGE!! Thanks for a great experience
Let's start with, the rooms are nice. Bed and pillows comfy, and a keurig is always nice... thats the pleasantries. The rest of the story is a nightmare. Too much to get into but know if something happens the manager comes in when he/she wants. They really don't care about people's complaints( in the hour and a half of waiting on the manager I seen several).. receptionist sits around the corner on the phone and rarely bother to move. No breakfast was set out. No coffee in the lobby. For $225 a night I would expect a little better for sure.
This hotel and it's customer service was horrible. We checked in Friday night and staying until Sunday. We haven't had fresh towels since we have been here. The ladies at the front desk didn't show an once of care. They basically told us that housekeeping normally does a better job of keeping clean towels in stock. I asked well how am I suppose to bath , they said we could use the towels from the gym which were big thin towels. The rooms were dirty ... the cleaning crew was nonexistent it was just an overall bad and dirty experience. Never again will ii come here.
Everything was wonderful. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast was delicious. I want to especially thank Mrs. Cassandra for all her help with our stay. She is a sweet, friendly, lovable and amazing woman. She welcomed us with open arms. She always asked us is it anything we needed help with. Overall this was a wonderful hotel to stay at.
Staff was perfectly polite and friendly! The night front deck guy could talk a little louder but very polite. The room was clean, bed clean and made, bathroom clean. The bed was kind of tall for my 5'5 shortness but comfortable. The minor things like the carpet was folded up against the wall. Some trim on the wall was loose. The breakfast was lacking. I would stay again and jus stick the cheese omelet for breakfast.
