I ordered my son a pair shoes from the Hibbett website and they were shipped to the Albany store. We went to pick them up and one of the associates went to the back to find them. A few minutes later he told us that he saw a pair like what we ordered but the box didn't have my name on them and couldn't give those to us. He said to come back when the manager was back from lunch.

The GM Terrance King took great care of me. I was buying my two daughters school clothes and he showed me a great variety of sneakers and outfits to match.

I came in this store yesterday and it seems to me every time I come to this store and I hate coming but they have what I need.. every time the young girls in this store only cater to the men that come in. They was so worried about how this one man smelled asking him what kind of cologne he got on instead of helping people( the young lady was dark skinned with leggings on and a halter top shirt long hair is rude she just walking around the store doing nothing ) unacceptable better training ! There was a young lady light skinned with dreads she was the only helpful one and she checked me out..
