Every employee that works here currently has been nothing but extremely kind and helpful during my extended stay in Kauai. The women at the desk made me feel so welcomed upon my arrival and upon the multiple return visits to get another vehicle. Highly recommended and will definitely be using Hertz again in the future :) mahalo!!

Excellent grade A+ service. No upsell at the front desk. Had a minor mechanical issue with my car. I brought it back and Manager Cesar took care of it immediately and with a smile. He's the consummate professional and epitomizes superior customer service.

Horrible, do not attempt to rent here. They will rent you a car and then tell you once you arrive that they don’t have any cars. Then they will treat you like garbage afterwards.

Great fast service for both pickup and return. Insurance and roadside assistance fees are too high, in my opinion. Overall I would recommend this location. They are busy but efficient.

Had a great experience renting from this location. They have a shuttle to the airport every 5 minutes. The pickup was quick, and took about 10 minutes (because we were second in line). The return was smooth too. Things to watch out for: 1. Hertz Gold members don't get to choose any car they like, they are assigned a car like any body else. 2. The location that comes up on Google when you search for 3250 Hoolimalima Pl is actually the shuttle pickup point. To find the drop off location just follow the rental car rerun signs (the road is a loop so if you miss it, you can just come back to the same place in about 2 minutes)
