I have never had a worse experience. My husband reserved a car, and was told they would pick me up retrieve the car. But when I called for the pick up they never answered the phone. I finally arranged another way to pick up the car, and when I arrived I was told they did not have the vehicle that we had reserved. While I stood there stunned, I was told that they could give me someone else's rental since I was there and they were not. With no other option I accepted. I was then pressured into accepting additional insurance on the car, ( for an additional $81) saying that my regular insurance was not enough, and that if I got a rock chip, I would personally be responsible for replacing the entire windshield. My husband called after I got home, and was told they would remove that, but when we returned the car ( after waiting with another customer for 10+ minutes for an employee to come out of the back room) it had not been removed. They referred me to the billing department who said since I signed for it, I was responsible and they had no recorded of speaking to my husband. This entire experience was horrible. I would never recommend renting from here, and I certainly will never be back.

I had the WORST experience here. I’ve rented from other locations nearby but I gave this location a try. Everything about this place was inconvenient including the woman who helped me. She took over 40 minutes to give me the car because she was the only person working in the office and she had to clean the car herself. She also asked questions about coverage that I declined and proceeds to ask where the car will be. I don't live here but she wanted an address of where I would be staying? I don't think I feel comfortable giving a random person an address of where I am staying. Then, when I returned the vehicle she pretended she was too busy to assist me and I had to ask her if I can drop the key in the lockbox and she said if I did there would be charges to my receipt. Even when I did wait for her to check the car it took her forever to get inside and give me a final charge. I usually receive receipts of my rental and I never have to wait. She did however give me a charge for an extra hour which was inaccurate and I truly believe she was just being petty. I hated the whole experience. Do better.

Went online and reserved a Tesla Model 3 7 days. before pickup to take on a long road trip and test out before purchase. Unlike other vehicles you are able to specifically pick a Tesla Model three online when booking. Of course when we arrived no Tesla but rather a polestar. When I explained that wouldn’t work to the employee he was dismissive. I understand it was Monday morning and he probably wasn’t feeling it but dang don’t pretend the charging network available for the cars is the same or your doing me a favor by giving me a different car. When I selected a specific model that’s what I wanted. If it’s not available or that’s not an option then call and let me know. Don’t wait until I arrive wasting both of our time. A small attempt at customer service would have been appreciated..

Made a car reservation for 5 p.m. online, only to find out they close at 5. No one was able to assist me with my reservation. I tried picking up the next day and they told me I was SOL and was being charged 50% for not being there the day before. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They will promise you one thing and lie and give you something else. The so called Manager is complexly useless, Do your self a favor and go to the competitor.
