I was very impressed with the customer service and the no pressure feeling of visiting Max Muscle. James and his wife were very approachable and was very helpful in making recommendations with what I was looking for. James was very informative about not only the products itself, but also where they are sourced from. I'm 100% for supporting our local businesses and would highly recommend everyone to make the transition away from those big box stores.

Really happy with these guys. Excellent customer service. I got some creatine from them I'm really happy with, it mixes great, no sandy gritty texture or really any texture at all as it absorbs well; and virtually no taste. I've had creatine that tastes chalky, but this is good stuff, great for mixing with protien or whatever drink you like including water. I'll be going back for more supps here from now on when I run out.

For anyone who knows me I am a overweight guy. Like most Americans I have tried different things to get a handle on my weight. I have gone into stores and have been overlooked because I am not looking the part. Not at this store, it is the opposite. The owner has taken time to talk with us (my wife and I) and make the conversations personal. He has never started loading up the counter with items and expecting you to buy. He never goes off on the lingo or talks above you. He explains what the product does, and how it helps with your goals. He gives recommendations and then let’s you decide. I loved follow up text after I made a single purchase, and have been back since. Personal service and quality of product will keep me a customer for life.

Every time I have visited Max Muscle in Layton I have always received great customer service. I love the product Emerge and I use it everyday. James is always helpful and is knowledgeable about all the products he carries. He is willing to take the time and answer any questions he can concerning health. I haven't found a better place to get supplements including online. Quality and customer service exceed everywhere else. NitroVex is my favorite supplement for muscle pump. I can feel it working and it isn't a supplement you become numb to. It works consistently even when taken every workout.
