Document your fuel receipts this is my second time they have charged me a $20 refueling fee even though the car was topped off at the closest gas station. Their fuel readers seem to always read around 95% fuel level even though it’s full. Also hertz gold is worthless here the line to get your keys is over 30 minutes the 5 times I have rented from this hertz as presidents circle . DOD travelers I recommend you have SATO reserve enterprise or budget they seem to have no issues.

Not sure why this location has so many poor reviews. My experience was positive. We waited in Line for about 5-10 minutes when we arrived which is pretty typical. Unfortunately they didn’t have any midsize sedans, but they offered me a free upgrade to a minivan or pickup truck which worked well for us. The van we took was in great shape and had all the bells and whistles. The only downside to this location is that they do not participate in the GOLD member program where you can walk straight to a car(minus 1 star)

By far the single worst car rental experience ever! Just straight up ignorant and disrespectful employees at the counter. Despite having a confirmed reservation as well as being a President’s Circle member for 10+ years, I was told no car for you. Furthermore, I was told they were an independently owned location with no Presidents Circle in addition to having no cars - both of which were lies! When does having 100 cars more mean you don’t have any cars to rent and that I’ll have to wait 45 minutes after being on a plane for 4 hours? Needless to say, the employees couldn’t have given a $hit less. Went straight over to Avis and it was a totally different story with absolutely no status. They were helpful and smiling, and most importantly got me into a brand new car in a matter of minutes. Hertz, fire those losers you have and hire the team from Avis!

While the people that worked the desk of this Hertz location seem to be friendly, this location fails on every front of communication. Somehow this is not a Hertz Corporate location, so the website and app and national customer support mean absolutely nothing at all. When we wanted to extend our rental we responded to the email that we were sent (as clearly instructed) and when we didn’t hear back for 12 hours, we called the local number repeatedly and no one ever answered (after calling at least 10 times across 2 hours). We called the national Hertz number for support and were told they could do nothing. We literally had to drive back to the airport. While the person at the desk was nice, we should never have had to drive the hour there in the first place. Now that my rental is over, I was charged an additional $60 that was not on my estimated receipts, and once again cannot get in contact with anyone. The car was nice but I would not rent from this location again.

Awful in every possible way. First of all- it is not an actual hertz- it’s some weird franchise that doesn’t follow hertz rules and makes you pay extra fees beyond hertz pre-booking. They will use this as an excuse to not honor anything about a reservation or hertz’s normal benefits. Over 1 hour for 2 clerks to get check in 3 people before me. Did not honor the in garage policy for chairman’s circle. I pre-paid for car seats; they took my money and made me pay again, then they were out of car seats so they sent to a lost & found where they had my take filthy car seats- but I still had to pay double ! This experience was so bad I may actually never use hertz again in case there are other places that claim they are not an actual hertz and take a Dump on you like these people do. I feel it for the people that work here
