Checking in was easy great. Breakfast was tasty. My room was hot AC was really loud. Then the house keeper started Knocking on the hotel door at 8:00 a.m. for to clean it when checkouts not till noon. She came back three times after I told her the first time I was not leaving till noon.

First time here. ALL employees were kind and caring. Breakfast was great! Rooms were comfy. Only one compliant. The hallway outside our door strongly smelled like dog pee.

**An Experience Not Worth Repeating** I recently stayed at Hawthrone next to airport and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service and satisfaction were not priorities for this establishment. The staff, without exception, were rude and disrespectful. They seemed more interested in arguing with guests than in providing any sort of assistance. This lack of basic courtesy was evident throughout my stay, making every interaction a struggle. The security at the hotel was virtually non-existent. I barely saw any security personnel and If I did “he” was at the front desk on his phone. The side doors are never locked. If locked, the keys don't work to get in and were often left unattended, creating a very unsettling environment. This was particularly concerning given the general atmosphere of neglect. Cleanliness was another major issue. On more than one occasion, I discovered that the cleaning lady had not changed the sheets. It was clear that the bed linens were the same. This level of neglect in basic hygiene is completely unacceptable and frankly disgusting. The key cards frequently became deactivated, and when I approached the front desk for a replacement, the staff were incredibly difficult. They were clearly aware of their faulty system, yet they acted as though it was an enormous inconvenience to provide a new key. The level of hassle and rudeness I encountered over something as simple as a key card was astonishing. Mr. Juan, in particular, stood out as the worst of the staff. He was consistently angry, disrespectful, and seemed to take pleasure in making guests feel unwelcome. His nasty attitude and abrasive manner made every request feel like an imposition. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, embodying everything wrong with this hotel’s service. In summary, my stay at Hawthrone next to the airport was marred by rude and disrespectful staff, poor security, unsanitary conditions, and a generally hostile environment. I would strongly advise against staying here unless drastic changes are made. This hotel does not deserve your business.

WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. A/C unit just blew room temperature air and when I told the maintenance guy that it wasn’t blowing cold, he insisted that it “worked.” So my room was set to 60 degrees and I was LUCKY if the room got below 80. Not only that, the bathroom breaker would flip every time I’d plug two things into the bathroom outlet (and one of those things was the hair dryer that was already plugged in!) Lastly, the carpets in the rooms were FILTHY. I walked around barefoot for a day in my room and when I went to take a shower, so much dirt and grime came off into the water! Biggest gripes are the A/C (or lack thereof) and the dirty carpet

Nice place for the price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had trouble with the fridge, but it was my misunderstanding. They have them on switches to save energy! Pool/hot tub set up is a nice setting. Room and bed comfortable. Rooms aren't sound proof BUT, it still is rather quiet. Breakfast is nice. Usual fare, waffles scrambled eggs, two kind of hasbrowns, yogurt, cottage cheese, sliced canned peaches that had good flavor, juices and more Close to the airport, but you don't hear the planes. I recommend and if I return, I will stay here. Thank you Trivago!
