For fresh vegetarian, vegan, or simply healthy food, there is a small grocery with all those classic non-GMO, gluten-free, etc. items. There is also a small coffee and sandwich spot. The original menu is well done and the prices are fair. I don't really understand why there is a place to order and another place to pay. Moving around tables in such a small space is unnecessary.

Allergen friendly cafe! Healthy and fresh lunch type food. Peanut allergy friendly & gluten free. Staff are welcoming and happy. Very clean and overall one of our favorites.

INCREDIBLE cafe options for vegans/vegetarians and gluten free folks! It was the perfect spot to get lunch after hiking and while exploring Lake Placid :) Everything is customizable, the ordering process is seamless, and there’s plenty of fresh-baked GF goodies. The staff is also very friendly, and the market has some cool stuff to browse. If you go on Wednesday, there’s a small farmers market in the parking lot, too!

I was in on Sunday July 21 and the ladies were very friendly and funny our drinks were amazing a very amazing place to go the deli was great Crystal was very friendly and helpful amazing person everything looked fresh and delicious I purchased a empanada and definitely love it also the salad bar looked amazing. I will definitely be coming back for more just not on Sunday customer service management was not as friendly or welcoming and cashier looked miserable and unhappy

Portions size are very small. I’m from out of town, so I knew I would pay alittle more during this time (Adirondacks Hiking, = Tourist Season.) You can tell the ingredients are fresh and good (ex: peanut butter, strawberries) However spending $25 for a half smoothie bowl with very little toppings and a smoothie is absurd. Everything was toddler size. (Seriously!) Which is unacceptable for the price, idc how good the ingredients are.
