Great staff, knowledgeable & polite. I was a little thrown off at first about the stores operating hours but then read more and realized I could check online (without waisting a drive) & get up to date info on store hours as well as what deals/promotions were going on. Huge thanks to Lisa, she really makes you feel like you belong there & is very encouraging & ready with advice! My favorite store for sure:)

Store is, once again, inexplicably closed. Google says it is open. The sign says they are open until 8PM. It’s 4:15PM, the doors are locked and the lights are off. No sign on the door to indicate why.

The "manager" Lisa is by far the worst & she should not be in customer service. We arrived to the store that closes at 6pm since 530! The doors were locked. She was on the premises not acknowledging that there were customers outside to pick up an order! I wonder if the GNC corporate office 1) knows she closes the business early and 2) of her inconsiderate, terrible, poor attitude customer service.
