Standing room only again from Back Bay to Norwood Central and Conducter had the nerve to check tickets requiring people to have to struggle to let him pass. Definitely a shortage of the required # of passenger cars again. Evidently it's rocket science to project the usual passenger count on a route that moves daily. Oh...and isnt it a violation of public safety to have passengers standing in the stairways? MBTA and Keolis must be exempt from public safety.
