I typically don’t leave reviews but I’ve been to this location twice and the gentleman that helped me both times has been a total sweetheart! He is very knowledgeable on the products and goes above and beyond to share his knowledge and tips! Almost made me wish i had more things to buy so he can continue to service me! I believe his name is either Ramiro or Romeo, hard to hear his name clearly because of the mask.
Walked into this place grabbed a product I wanted to try for the price listed but when I walked up to the counter it was $5 higher. I walked with what I assume is the owner and show him the price listed (multiple items still sitting there) and confirmed the weight matched. He looked at the barcode and said it was diffrent. I said I didn't want it at the higher price and he placed the product back down in the same location. He is doing a major bait and switch and hoping you don't notice. I would check the website prices to know what your true cost will be. Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off.
I'm very happy and satisfied with Customer service here. Romeo is very professional and courteous when I come I commend him will let family and friends know to come here for healthy ways of living. Thanks SENCILEY Mr. Reynolds
Person in the register spend 20 mins on the phone when he just opened the door. Didn't know any of the products and recommended a detox bottle when I said I needed to get healthier. Wasn't much help.
Romeo absolutely killed it today helping me choose a preworkout today! Great location with great employees
