It’s a shame that this is the last one open because the lady that works there is just absolutely rude. Lack of product compared to the GNC that used to be at Northtown and 29th. You can normally get the same products that this GNC has for half the price on Amazon and with better customer service than the in-store service you get.

The location is great, staff friendly. The selection is great. I just wish they would consistently have my creatine monohydrate in stock. Antony had a weird hiccup on the register. The slight error was no big deal to me, but the man figured it out. He was really looking out for me. Greatly appreciated. This kind of customer service can't be had online or through self- checkout. Five stars for him, the 4 is from the lack of creatine monohydrate at a decent price.

On 6/25/2023 we were at 5 Mile shopping center in Spokane,WA GNC. We were waiting for store to open, watched employee open door then lock it again. We stood outside for 5 minutes then left because he would not open. We watched (getting food) and finally at 11:09 he finally opened. Terrible management! Later GNC!

Love this location! But just wanted to shout out a worker there, Dalton. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick. Had great advice and input on products and even helped me out to my car with my purchase! Solid employee!
