I wont even give them 1 star, but no choice to do a review. Went there Saturday& Monday during business hours door lock no one was there. Went Tuesday during business hours and door was lock there was a guy at counter heard door shake and ran and hid in back. Called about 20 time over the last few days, no answer! Sign on door has hours posted, the store then should be open. Store is 30 minutes from my home, this gives GNC a really bad name!!!

There to pickup two small Amazon packages. I was polite and wore mask. Nobody in line. But she snaps that I wait to side. She says she serves customers first and asks random guy who is shopping if ready to check out. Ask for my pickup code. Them interrupts me curtly. Then puts boxes on shelf at back of store and points for me to go get them.

Went to pick up an Amazon package. Lady there was extremely rude and condescending. Ignored me in favor of another (female) customer, and when she finally got my package from the back, she didn't bring it to me. She left it on a shelf at the rear of the store and told me to go and get it myself. I can't remember when I was treated so shoddily. Also, I just noticed another reviewer said basically the same thing. Had to have been the same employee.

On multiple occasions, in my experience, the cashier goes to the back for extended periods and you have to go track them down, or they leave the store and close it all together during posted business hours. I Suggest calling before you go, every time. Zero customer service and intermittent staffing.

Bruh. Went 2 times this week around 3pm. Randomly closed for whatever reason both times. Says that the store is “temporally closed” They have some qualityyyy stuff inside, if they’ll ever let you in. I’ll change the review to 5 starts if they reimburse me for gas money smh.
