Great experience! Dylan was patient and worked well with his team! Took care of my family and educated us with pros and cons of vehicles we were looking to purchase. Not to mention he had great patience with us and allowed us private time to think and decide on a vehicle within our family. Didn’t hover over us and he was a helicopter dealer. Finance department was awesome as well. It nice to be educated on options, you just have to ask. After being educated on the options of added services and choices, it assured us that it was just a deal they were trying to make but also had the best interest for us! GM service in flagstaff is unbelievably bad. Other dealer in town was terrible so we figured we’d try flagstaff Chevrolet. Our Buick has now has three transmissions fail. We had it towed to flag Chevrolet. They told us it would be about ten days before they could get to it, that was a bummer but ok. Long story short, they didn’t even open a claim for the repair with our warranty company (GM extended warranty) for 30 days! We finally contacted the warranty company as we were pretty sure we weren’t being told the truth and they said they’ve been waiting on The service department for a photo. That was days they were waiting on a simple photo that flag Chevrolet was disinterested in sending to them. Now we are nearly 45 days in and they still haven’t ordered a single part. When you take your daily driver to a service department you’d expect that they would make some type of an effort, not the case here. We’ve been figuring out rides, cars etc so flag Chevrolet can just let our car hang out in their service department. Will never be back here, as inconvenient as it is our vehicle will go to Prescott for warranty repairs in the future.
I was having problems getting my car fixed at other mechanic shops. I called Steve and he made it super easy and helped me out a lot with my Chevrolet warranty. If my car has any problems, I will definitely bring it back. They were fast, communicative, friendly, professional. 10 stars out of 5 for sure.
Sales person was courteous and helpful. He helped us set up on star and two other features that we knew nothing about. We met the finance manager and he was polite and both employees were calm and relaxed and patiently waited with us for the bank’s approval. Dominic Smith is an awesome salesman! Thank you for an awesome experience in buying a car.
A one day issue led to "nothing wrong", then a one week stay to diagnose again, plus service within 4 days of completion of work and almost $2,000 later a check engine light came back on and I will have to go in to find out about this issue.
