I feel Google Maps and the Four Seasons both are to blame. I knew it was closed, but the Google Maps page was showing it "open" and had hours for the restaurants. And the Four Seasons entire website acts like it's open. (Sure in fine print at the top where it's easy to over look, since it's black on black like the website it says closed, and it is fixed to the top so if you scroll down an inch it's gone. I find I do that almost subconsciously to make the photos on sites larger). So NO, it's still not OPEN. Don't believe Google, and who knows why the Four Seasons can't make the background RED and put a big warning CLOSED on the site. We do a better job of saying our business is closed when it snows than the Four Seasons does for a hotel that has been closed for years.
I have been in many fine hotel resort property but so far this is one of the best I have been in. I cannot think enough the front desk manager Natasha she’s a great person and the whole staff are great I think Natasha she made my stay more pleasant. Thank you
The service is great, and New York is the most interesting place in America. So much better than California! California only has desert, while New York has culture, art, and many high-end hotels and services.
An amazing experience in an amazing city. Dificult to point the best part of the hotel, but the room quality and location are two of the best parts for sure.
Unparalleled experience. Service you can trust. Our larger than usual room was super clean and cozy. Beautiful view. Bathroom had shower separate from bathtub. Walk in closet. Really good breakfast. Gluten free options. Staff was so helpful and warm, it felt like we've known them for ages. Great memories. Can't wait to come back!
