I normally don't leave reviews, but TONIGHT I had to. I placed an online order for pickup. I ordered 2 little bacon cheeseburgers, bacon wrapped hotdog, large Cajun fry and a regular fry. We looked in the regular fry bag and it's this teeny tiny cup of fries with literally 10 fries in the cup and no fries in the bag for almost $7. The bacon was BURNT to a crisp on the burgers and wrapped hotdog. One burger was literally in pieces we thought it was half of a patty. I called and spoke to the sweetest lady her name was Ren, she apologized for the way my husband was treated when he went to get the food and how our food was presented to us. Ren had amazing customer service! She even told me that the General Manager would be reaching back out regarding this issue. When this location first opened up it was well worth the $40-50 you'll be spending. However this time put a really bad taste in my mouth and I can't say I would patronize this establishment again.

5 guys = 5 stars. The food here is always amazing. I really like how they have a lot of options for toppings. Most of the time I just order “all the way”. Ordering Cajun seasoning on the fries is a must! Also, they give huge amount of fries. I always order small and end up what more looks like an extra large portion. Customer service is great and service is fast.

Dasher delivery pickup. Order was a burger and a fry, which it took more than 20 minutes after my arrival for me to confirm and pick up. No customers were placing orders at the time I came in. There was a party seated and eating. No other drivers came into the location for pickup. The front counter had ketchup on it, and the first chair I was going to sit in looked questionable. They did acknowledge me when I walked in, so they get 3 stars instead of 1. They were not rude or unprofessional, and it wasn't a horrible experience, but I think it could have been better.

Best burger around! More fries than one person can eat by them self! Love that they cook the food as you order it!! Love going their!!

Burgers here were fantastic, fries were yummy, overall pretty good spot. The wait was very long and the waiting area to pickup your food is too cramped. A bit over priced as well. They've always been expensive but here lately you're paying restaurant prices.
