For everyone complaining 5 guys has gotten expensive, hey, so has everything else. But 5 guys quality and portions have remained consistent. This location, the staff were so polite and well trained and efficient, loved it

I am not really a burger person but I was craving a good cheeseburger. I ordered through a DoorDash and this was the first time trying Five Guys. This cheeseburger taste like it was homemade. It tasted fresh, juicy, burger meat was tasty and the bread was good. Overall I will ordering again.

This was our first time here even know they have been in the shopping center for years. We were told that the burgers and fries were great but have yet to try this place out until today. The prices are not inexpensive. The burger was delicious and made the way I ordered the burger. The fries were soggy and disappointing. You would think for 6.99 for fries that they would be perfect but they were just okay. Service was on time and no issues. I might be back.

I consider myself a reasonably positive person, however, I am HIGHLY disappointed right now. The service was absolutely superb! The woman who took my order was very pleasant and professional, as well as the other workers. My issue is with the food. The patties are not the same. It was so small and thin. Not like before when it was like actual ground meat, not frozen patties like McDonald’s or something. The bun was kind of dry, and smaller. I felt like I was paying more for a lot less! Definitely NOT WORTH $20!

The staff does not explain anything, the service is at zero. As a result, we just threw four dry burgers without any additives or vegetables into a bag and sprinkled with potatoes. Yes, it was our first time, but I think that's what people at the checkout are working for? The milkshake seems to be good. And it is so expensive.
