Went to see Inside Out 2! The theatre is clean and the employees were nice. I loved the seats, really comfortable recliners, and if you are on a date the armrest can be pulled back. Everyone there was enjoying themselves😁 Next time I will catch a later movie so I can enjoy the liquor bar too!
Very poor experience at this AMC location. It started with the stout corpulent ticket checker at the front telling me I was not allowed to bring my coffee in with me to a late morning matinee. I do this weekly at my two local AMC theaters and there is never any issue. There is no signage indicating no outside food or beverages are allowed and the theaters don't serve coffee. It's not like I brought in a bag of popcorn. To make matters worse a family brought in an entire order of Popeyes chicken from chicken to sides and sodas and were eating it during the movie. It is remarkably how they were allowed to bring outside food and drink in but I could not even be allowed half a cup of coffee. Lastly, the restrooms needed attention and with several employees loitering near the front of house, someone should have noticed and attended to them.
5 of us went on a Tuesday night. For around $200 the bathroom was a mess, the oven was broke, the butter pump there is 4 and 1 worked then I bought a bottle of water which they were out of then wanted to charge me the same price for water from the fountain!! Also in theater 6 there is a big black spot in the middle of the screen. No where to complain the AMC. I will go.to Regal.from.now on. Never again.
Staff was friendly. Popcorn was good, but there wasn't any butter🥲! Soda machines are epic here! Lots of flavors to choose from. Candy is a little pricy, and even the dollar store next door prices went up! Lol. Recliners were comfy, and the theater was clean. The biggest problem I had was a huge circular mark right in the middle of the screen that I couldn't stop staring at throughout the entire film. Other than that, I would've given this place a 5. Until we meet again... 🤣👌
This was my first time at this movie theater, and while I enjoyed the movie with my family, I was very disappointed by the cleanliness. There was trash, popcorn, and candy all over the floor when we walked in. When we got to our seats, we found more trash on the floor, and to top it off, there was butter on one of the armrests. I was not happy at all.
