Was seated quickly but had to wait a very long time on drinks due to only having one bartender, and she had tables to wait on as well. Ordered off the 2 for 28 menu ordered cheese to go on the broccoli. Waitress said it would be an upcharge for cheese. Also ordered loaded mash, which she said would be an up charge as well. When I received the bill, it was definitely an up charge of 3.99 for the cheese and another 3.99 for the loaded mash. They charged like it was ordered as an extra side. That definitely should have been communicated better. For $4, I should have gotten the entire bag of cheese.

Great teamwork atmosphere. Clarissa and her colleagues seem to all get along and work together to take care of their customers. It’s a good atmosphere when staff get along and provide quality customer service. Always have positive experiences here. Good portions and quality for price.

I live in LA/ Malibu, California now for university but the last time i went here after my HS football game it was packed and smelled off. I went here sometimes in middle school too with my best friend as little girls & after watching a movie and I REMEMBER the Alfredo being like SLIME… not like Italy at all. each time the vibes are weird.

Sitting here now waiting on the check. The food is always wonderful but getting it is the problem. Service SUCKS!!!!! You need a good manager who hold the staff accountable for doing nothing. One little girl can’t do it all. Over appetizers came out when we were almost done eating. Told the lady it was too late and she just huffed and walked off looking crazy. This will be the last time my family and I eat here. Surprised you haven’t shut down yet. So sad.

We came a week ago and after almost 30 minutes never received our drinks. So we got up and went elsewhere. There was only about 7 people in the place dining in. So, they were not busy at all. We tried it again tonight in hopes they were just having an off night. But nope. Slow, no refills, and the waitress and bartender disappear for 15-20 at a time. The beer my husband ordered over 30 minutes ago has yet to show up. Again, tonight .... not busy at all. Sad that the service has came to this.
