I appreciate a local home brewed kombucha on tap! So sad to hear they are closing in about a month (as I am told in late January 2024) 😢. So get it while you can! These are health conscious beverages crafted with care. Very kind people work here. I am going to miss them! Coconut Rooibos is a unique flavor I've never seen another kombucha company offer.
This is the best kombucha I've drank -- and I've tried all the big brands out there. FTC has some awesome flavors (Prickly Pear is my favorite) and all of the flavors I've tried, they all have a very light vinegar taste that is not as harsh to the palette as some of the popular kombucha brands. Very refreshing to have in the summer!
I'm new to kombucha so this was an exciting treat. They had 8 different flavors on tap and I sampled 3. Chatted with the owner for about minutes about fermentation and had a good look around. It's something that is natural and good for your body a must try for everyine. The take away is that my drink (prickely pear) was light and refreshing, not sour and tart like I was expecting. If kombucha is not your thing they also have different coffees and tea.
I stumbled on the place when I arrived in the area for an appointment an hour early. It's a cute little shop with well priced coffee and kombucha drinks. The owner says their retail shop isn't that busy and that should change. The nitro cold brew coffee is the greatest thing ever. It taste like chocolate and cinnamon.
This place is awesome. They have a ton of super unique flavors made in house, as well as some other products including beet kvass and cbd drinks. They can add cbd to anything of the drinks. They also have a full coffee bar with all the espresso drinks and matcha. The owner and his son are very friendly and personable. I really enjoyed my visit here and will definitely be back. Oh and try the and Black & Tan-they put shots of espresso in the kombucha. Soooo good and very unique!
