Huge store but lots of open space. Prices no longer competitive. Food court hours are in need of expansion.

Very large and clean exchange. The Optical Store is great. Large selection of frames and very helpful employees. Optometrist is right next door.

Demanded to buy three pieces of furniture that were on manager special for 50 percent off, they were all clearly marked with additional 25 percent off with military star. When I went to pay they said they would not honor it. Asked to speak to manager and she said it was her area. She did not have a reason other than "they said". To make things worse I tried to buy 2 other items that were 50% off, when I went to buy they rang up wrong, employee did not understand they were supposed to be 50% off. So we ended up not buying. This reflects why people do not shop at the BX anymore, customer service has gone way down, used to be the best, no sub par.

New floors look great, don't go two hours before closing only ones there are cashier's. The store has moved everything to different places. Good luck in finding any assistance. It's like a ghost town there. Most everything on display means that it's display you order for weeks out delivery, furniture that is. Electronics on TVS saved a boat load of money there, would be so much better I'd employed someone to assist. However, we are getting to be like another big box store we only stock. Don't ask for assistance, I try to support you as a benefit, just getting difficult for any kind of customer service

Cool place to spend the evening shopping. The other small.shops and food court make it a better experience.
