After using them for years, I’m sad to say that I won’t using fast park & relax again. My last experience was extremely slow and stressful. They recently raised their prices yet had far less vans during a very busy time than other lots, causing a very long wait. Had to wait over 30 minutes while watching every other lots’ vans come by every 5 minutes. I counted 5 yellow vans come and go before we were able to get on a fast park van. By the time the van arrived it filled up instantly as so many were waiting, mostly with people who weren’t waiting as long as we were as we had kids and car seats so couldn’t move fast enough. Totally disorganized. So frustrating and disappointing.

I got in to Albuquerque Saturday afternoon May 11th. When I arrived at fast park to pick up my SUV I was impatient, exhausted, rude and obnoxious after a canceled flight and a 2-day layover in Dallas. The lady that worked at the kiosk and the gentleman that drove the bus were beyond patient, calm and helpful and they must be given the highest praise for putting up with me and a problem of my own creation (missing documentation).

The cost is reasonable if not low. The proximity to airport is great. Always have a guarantied parking spot with your reservation. The last and most important reason to use Albuquerque Fast Park, the service is always excellent!!!

Agree with recent reviews. Not enough vans lead to longer waits at pick up compared to competitors and non transparent surge pricing. I'll be whittling down my rewards points and taking my business elsewhere. Not recommended at all, especially given the fall in quality over the last six months.

We have been using Fast Park for years. We signed up for an account and now we make a reservation ahead of time. We park under one of their covered spaces and immediately the van is there to help us with luggage and take us to the airport. We have never had to wait coming or going. It is safe, reliable and friendly.
