I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise.ca car rental, and I am extremely grateful for their exceptional service. At the last moment, I needed a car to travel from Sault Ste. Marie to Kitchener to attend my convocation, and Enterprise came through for me. The manager of the store, Samuel, went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he provide me with a car at the eleventh hour, but he also ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed for my journey. His dedication and willingness to help made a significant difference during a stressful time. Throughout the process, the staff was incredibly supportive and attentive. They reassured me that they would be available to assist me if I encountered any issues during my trip, which gave me great peace of mind. Thanks to Samuel and the fantastic team at Enterprise, I was able to attend my convocation without any hassle. Was helped by Matt in store and Samuel over the phone. Both very helpful and made the process smooth. The car was great. I drove to Toronto and got some rocks in the windshield, causing some cracks. Thankfully I got the insurance beforehand. Definitely worth it for longer distances/rental times.

I would give this location a negative if possible. I took a taxi from Marathon after my car broke down. Website showed vehicles available. Received two confirmations that there were 3 vehicles available. Then received calls that there weren’t any. The two males who I spoke to at this location were very rude towards me and told me that the call centre had no idea what they were doing. I would never recommend this location. Having a confirmation or two doesn’t matter. June 28 follow-up. I sent an email to the address as indicated below. Just wondering when I will receive a response

Great service and incredibly cheaper than I thought it was going to be! I got a Ford Escape (SUV Platinum), and it was $650 for a week with insurance. Great for work trips. Easy return and pickup!

My experience with enterprise is really so good. Comparative Staff. They provide neat and clean car. I don’t have any complaint regarding car or customer service. I recommend to all the enterprise because it’s cheaper from all other services in the city. Thank you.
