Who brings a gauge to show you tire tread depth when you rent a car? Enterprise did! Who Awaits until you are IN the car, points out different and new controls, waits until you are set and drive off BEFORE they walk off??? Enterprise did!!! Cars are always clean, not in need of repair, and ready to go. Zachary's customer service was beyond compare - this 8s why I go to Enterprise.
Punctuality isn't a priority obviously. Twice I've reserved a pick up time for 4 PM and twice the driver has been over 15 minutes late. If you dont intend on arriving on time then don't offer a pick up service. Very unprofessional. Upon returning my vehicle the woman behind the counter insinuated I had damaged the vehicle. Her manner and attitude was appalling, passive aggressive and accusatory. Does enterprise even bother to train their employee's? And yes (owner) I have sent an email with the information asked for. Nothing has been done nor do I doubt anything will be done.
Ugggg! Car smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Car was not properly cleaned. Fingerprints on the inside, not vacuum, and the outside was unwashed. What ever happened to COVID protocol?
Rent here often. I get good service. It's important to call ahead to make sure the staff-person is there, sometimes they are out to pick people up... which is free of course if you need it.
Wish there were a Hertz near by because this place is garbage.
