I needed a rental car because my truck was going into the shop and they got me booked the same day no problem! That was on a Thursday well I booked the rental until Monday thinking it would take the shop a couple days to get it fixed but they got it fixed the next day so Enterprise refunded me for the other 3 days with deposit with no issues at all! Definitely recommend

We only had one issue, that if we hadn't purchased the insurance, would have been a more significant issue. At pickup the agent took existing damage photos, however she never included them in the rental info. So without the insurance we could have been charged for the damage. The above not withstanding, the agent helpful, courteous, and very pleasant to deal with. The car was in great shape, comfortable and a joy to drive.

Reserved a Crossover for my family's vacation. The two options provided that were the size that we requested, smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The other two options were too small. No upgrades were offered or available and no solutions were given. No thanks. I'll hold on to my $500, thanks.

I wish I could rate Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Anderson, IN a lot higher then 5 stars. I've rented from their location many times and I've always had terrific service. From being picked up from my home or car dealership, to showing me features about the car I am renting, their customer service is always superb. Way to go Anderson location! You guys are totally awesome!

This review is for the Anderson, IN location of Enterprise, more specifically, Jenna, Jacob, and Nicolas. I had to get a last-minute rental for an out-of-town emergency. I reserved a mini SUV. All they had was a van. Free upgrade to a full-size SUV, and the vehicle was excellent! Thank you so much for not adding stress to an already stressful situation!
