Be careful that this facility will not return your money or make changes to your trip. For pets, if not "service dogs," they have to travel in the cargó, under the bus this also goes for "Emotional support pets" The cargo it's not prepared for pets, not even air conditioning. On hot days, they will suffocate. Now I am forced to go on a trip and / or lose $146.00 They can hold your ticket for only 90 days. Well, customer service said 90 days, and the ticket attendant says 60 days. Now I'm not sure how many days the ticket is good for. To be safe, I'll take the trip before the 60-day period. Customer service, employees are very rude and not helpful at all

Horrible customer service. Twice so far I used them. Trash!!!!. I got missed for pick up being there at 1pm when my bus departure was at 2:15. Never came. Theyre solution... Was to schedule me for the next bus (till one am) . Luckily I'm a man. But if u guys have kids or women that need to travel..DO. NOT USE THIS BUS SERVICE!!!!!

It’s a good bus for the price and for traveling without having to put miles on your car. I am a young white female and most of the other passengers are Hispanic but it’s not sketchy or dangerous in anyway. My family thought I was going to die or something but everything was great. I walked in and they just asked my name and gave me bag tags. I took my bags to the bus and they loaded them and then we left right on time. You don’t need to come super early but definitely can’t be late. We made no stops which I appreciated because we got there a bit faster than expected. There’s a bathroom on the bus. I rode this bus three times and all my experiences were great, just buy tickets early if you can to get good seats.

I was happy with my services. Bus station is located downtown and easy to find. Booked my ticket online but still had to get a paper confirmation at the booth. Bus was comfortable, clean , had a bathroom and AC. It left on time and arrived ontime. My only complaints are the staff only spoke Spanish. I am a Canadian tourist of middle eastern origins and although I look Spanish I am not. I would appreciate staff spoke English especially considering El Paso is officially in the US. I also felt the bus ticket was so pricey . I paid $51 US which is $68 Canadian for a one way ticket from El Paso to Albuquerque. Finally I wish they had Wifi on board or at the station. I had no way of contacting my ride once I arrived and I had to walk 2 blocks to a local business to borrow their Wifi so my fiend could pick me up, If they don’t have it on board at least have it available at your bus stations!
