Great building with excellent character. People are nice, seating is somewhat plentiful and check in processes are good. Overall a good place for those who are traveling. Vending machines and bathrooms available also. TV in the lobby, small and not very good sound but it's good enough...like a hospital waiting room kind of quality. Drop off circle in front with plenty of space. Grocery store about 1 block west, and Tucanos Brazilian Grill just down the street.
Clean and convenient to all the buses that ride in Albuquerque and quiet ride to Santa Fe and also going south to Los Lunas. There are Amtrak connections that can take you west or east and great people working in the trains. Thank you
The station and trains are amazing. Almost the quality of Europe! Positively un-American! Thanks to Governor Richardson - what a visionary! And kudos to all New Mexicans who maintain this Light Rail linking their major Metropolitan areas!
Train feels super safe with security walking around and it’s very clean. Bathroom was very clean too. I was very surprised how inexpensive it was to go to Santa fe and come back ( $10 only) There are soooooo many homeless people walking outside in front of bus station but make sure to take the ramp up to the back to the train station ( it’s behind all the buildings ) and that area feels safer
It was great, everybody was friendly. Very safe, very clean. A great stop I am so proud of Amtrak. They're doing such a wonderful job with there. Riders.
