Treated rhaudely in the drive thru. Went to pickup a prescription and they had the wrong insurance info for the person who had the prescription. So they wanted to do a refund from several days before where I had paid for it. Well they asked if I had the card on me it was charged to. Well yes, I carry about 6 cards so all I wanted was the last numbers. Person got rude walked away and came back and had me sign something, well they put the credit on the wrong card God bless

pharmacy never had waits on you promptly your be the only one in line and they won’t acknowledge you for quite a while your lucky is they have your meds ready to it’s always issues here after the last time i’m doing going here they couldn’t fill my sons inhaler when they did before they just said they can’t they don’t have it didn’t mention they could order it or anything it just it what it was also the cashiers are less then friendly if they even look at you

I don't even want to give this place 1star!! The worst place I have ever seen. Get your script called in at 9:30 AM AND CAN NOT GET IT TILL AFTER 2PM?? UGH?? THE OLDER LADY THAT WORKS THERE THAT NEVER EVER SMILES IS A TOTAL SNOB! I REALLY STARTED LIKEING LUKE BUT HE IS STARTING TO GET THE DISCOUNT DRUG BUG!!! I HATE FEELING THIS WAY ABOUT A PLACE I HAVE TO GO TO BUT DAMN.....I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE AND IT LOOKS LIKE I MIGHT HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN, DONT WANT TO THOU!! Anyone else feel the same way?

My cashier's name was Katy T. She didn't say a word to me and my significant other, and rolled her eyes even when spoken to. Also she was popping her gum rather loudly and seemed to have an attitude. If this is the great customer service I have constantly heard about at this location, than I'm highly disappointed. I would definitely have her take employee orientation again because she failed 100%. The older woman at the other register was very pleasant though, and spoke even though we weren't in her line.

We wanted to switch pharmacies and come here considering we have goodrx plus and no insurance it said it was the cheapest. We drove all the way to Galion to get it filled and the pharmacist even called and spoke with the Dr but still declined filling the prescription because, we've never been through them. She was very rude and her customer service skills was horrible. I'd give 0 stars if that were an option.
