My fridge wasn’t cooling and I was in a panic over my groceries ruining. I called and left a message for Dennis. He immediately returned my call and set up an appointment. He gave a courtesy call to inform me when he was on the way-Very polite and personable. He resolved my issue within minutes. I will definitely be calling again if there’s ever anymore appliance issues. I would highly recommend!!
They have no concern for the customers schedule. Forced to use them because apparently they are the only authorized Maytag service in our area. Customer service skills are horrendous
