We love this park! Have been coming here for years to use the playground, large open field, dog park, and most recently tennis courts. The only disappointing thing is that the city of Phoenix decided to turn two out of the four tennis courts into six Pickleball courts. I wish some of the community would have been more involved with that decision-marking the pickle ball lines could've easily been added to the existing tennis courts that are already in high demand by local kids, community members, and local tennis instructors that provide lessons there. I will be excited to try the two new courts when they become open again after resurfacing. A lot of people have mentioned the homeless that live here. I will say any interactions I've ever had if any with the people that live in the parking lot or underneath the shade of trees have always been friendly and non-threatening. The occasional smell of marijuana during the week nights while playing tennis can be experienced but is usually covered up by a very nice couple that burns incense lol five stars to the nog Chopra lol

I like this park and AMAZING employees at the community center. I feel the park should focus on not allowing homeless people to stay around the park, especially where people take their children to play. Also, they need to have more shade around the dog play area.

Nice open park and community center. Also has a public pool for summer. Has playground, soccer, dog park.

This is a nice size park but definitely needs some maintenance. The grass in the field was dry, not much ramadas or shade to sit in the summer. Kids play area is maintained and they absolutely loved it. Nothing much to do for adults. Pros: 1. Convenient location near I-17 and the 101 freeway. 2. Pet-friendly environment. 3. Close to local amenities, shopping, and dining.
