NOT-SO-GOOD. I am sure those three or above stars are just exaggerations. It’s a two star hotel on a sunny day. The good things: the lobby was clean and well ventilated. The front desk staff was very friendly. Ice machine was working properly. The room air conditioners were working really well. The towels and bed sheets etc., were clean and dry. The bathroom, showerhead and the toilet were clean. The bath curtain was new and clean. The walls and floor were clean, the refrigerator was working properly. Did not use the microwave, but it was clean. The bad things in the room: the upholstery of the furniture requires a deep cleaning. Especially the office chair. It was so dirty with so many stains, it could be called hazardous. Did not even dare to touch. The TV does have just 8 or 10 worthless channels. But what goes on beyond the TV set is important. Dust, lots of dust. Month or more dust. The bathtub plumbing really requires attention. The water in the bathtub almost wasn’t draining. It was taking a long time to get empty. Continental “breakfast” is a joke. I don’t want to break down the “menu”, but it’s a joke. Neither to say, by 9AM almost everything are gone. So have your own food or go out. Two of the housekeepers I approach with questions didn’t understand and/or speak English. Or so they claim. All-and-all if you don’t have great expectations for roadside hotels (how can you?) and just pass by Albuquerque and need a one night sleep place, this hotel will do it.

I was traveling through and just needed a place to sleep. It's a Days Inn. Obviously not a five star hotel, but for the rate it was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area appears to be safe and quiet. I arrived late and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. He even gave me a little snack bag with doritos and some candy. I would definitely stay here again if I pass through.

I don't commonly give a review that is three stars. The staff was great and we didn't have any problem with them. The property, however, needed some serious updating. It looked like the flooring in our room was relatively new, so that was nice. However, the tub was badly stained and had a clear ring in it from dirt (pictures didn't reflect the stains). Some of the walls in the bathroom had mold growth. I also felt like the rooms were relatively barren. It didn't reflect the advertising. We had a hideaway bed that we used that didn’t appear to be vacuumed or cleaned in a minute. Although I would not say that the breakfast was bad, it wasn't very impressive either. My teens were excited because it had the waffle maker, which was a plus, but the breakfast was relatively limited, particularly if you do not like foods that are sweet. Having been a breakfast hostess myself at a hotel, I did feel like there weren't the kind of options there should be. It wasn't a bad stay, but I doubt I would return.

Everyone we dealt with was exceptionally pleasant and the communication and attention to our needs was better than any other place we have ever stayed! The room had all the space we needed plus and the couch & beds were very comfortable. A little more attention to general maintenance is needed as some outlets didn't have covers, the protection latch on one door didn't work and one outlet didn't work but overall the stay was good and we made it work.

This place was awful. It's more people living there and the grounds were dirty and fog poop in many areas, outlets didn't work for blow dryer. No closet, no luggage rack, the threshold between bathroom was gross and terribly done with caulking. Tub was permanently dirty, only one big towel to shower with, asked for an additional one since there were two of us and they brought us down a hand towel. Loud at night. Someone flipped us off in the parking lot for no reason. Didn't feel safe. We woke up early and left.
