Reading other people’s negative post, I almost didn’t go to DQ. Glad I went, their food is awesome and staff are very friendly. I was there for take out, (walk-in) twice. Dinner and breakfast. Both times, the staff were friendly and food was great. Three younger ladies working hard.

Some of staff (including lady delivering food to table) aren't wearing masks. Fries were undercooked and cold. Rest of food was tasty and warm. Restaurant and restrooms were clean.

Very disappointed with our last visit. Came from Camden on the motorcycle. Was told at counter that I had to have a mask to sit at tables inside, but could stand at counter face to face and order take out without a mask. There was not a single other human being in the store, other than staff and they were all wearing masks. As they have no outside seating and we didn't have masks, we left and went to Sonic. It's apparently safe at dairy Queen to stand face to face and order, then wait and carry out without a mask. But not to do the same thing without wearing a mask for the time it takes to walk from the counter to a table in another room 40-50 feet away from anyone, as you have to remove your mask to eat anyway. I realize they are worried about Covid-19, but literally, only difference between two was wearing mask from counter to table! There has to be some common sense applied at some point! Have been a regular customer in the past, but will not be back!

They don’t accept deals from the app and when I asked for a pup cup, which I’ve never had a problem getting anywhere else while my dog was in the car, they said they don’t do that. May be a fluke just seems like a customer service flaw to me
