I operate almost exclusively with Custom Products because they are friendly, flexible, and carry more brands than any distributor of any size I've seen. Cale has made an art out of long-term relationships with clients. He is masterful at making sure that I always come out on top. I know a lot of other businesses that pull from a dozen distributors and manufacturers to fill orders for their installations while I am getting everything from connectors and cables to consoles, speakers and video equipment from one place. They also keep almost everything I need in stock and I can get it by the next day. Custom Products is by far the biggest ally I have in my business.

These guys are the best. In 30 years, I've never worked with more knowledgeable or friendlier people. If they don't immediately know, they'll get an answer asap and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Their Southern Manners (and accent) are a plus, too.
