We're new patients. When I came to pick up my prescription, they told me there was no prescription. After going round and round about the spelling of my child's name and birthday and being repeatedly told that nothing had been called in, the pharmacist checked his notes and found it... not filled. They were rude and never apologized. Extremely poor customer service. Plus, I spoke to the doctor after this, and he said that he spoke directly to the pharmacist.
For the FOURTH TIME, take me off the "auto-refill." I've asked to me taken off THREE TIMES in the last two years, but the pharmacy keeps re-filling prescriptions I haven't taken in TWO YEARS. Each time I ask the pharmacy not to re-fill these because I NO LONGER TAKE THEM. The pharmacist always tell me they have taken me off the list, then 90 days later I get a text telling me my prescriptions THAT I NO LONGER TAKE are waiting for me. I pick them up, assuming that I am obligated to pay for them, and once again tell them to take me off auto-refill because these ARE MEDICATIONS I AM NO LONGER TAKING. The next time you auto-refill these prescriptions THAT I NO LONGER TAKE I will refuse to pay for them, and for the prescriptions that I do take, I will go to a competing pharmacy. Now, FOR THE FIFTH TIME, take me off auto-refill.
Staff is not as friendly as they used to be and there is no clear communication when they get your prescriptions…phone is never answered and when it is they just say come in and we can take care of it which is a lie, it’s just so they can hold you up even longer when you come in. Pretty much done using the pharmacy in Target…
I requested a refill of IBU by CVS app and then later I got a text said my dr disapproved so I called CVS about that they said Dr Holz disapproved and I SAID NO wrong DR It is Dr Eric Allen and they requested Dr Eric Allen and then later I got a text said DISAPPROVED so I called CVS again why they said DR HOLZ NO WRONG DR!!! I said DR ERIC ALLEN NOT DR HOLZ and they requested Dr Allen Eric and then later I decided to email to my DR ERIC ALLEN and HE said CVS DID NOT REQUEST IT TO MY DR ERIC ALLEN!!!!!! but He faxed it to CVS for me!!! SO WHAT IS GOING ON WITH CVS!!!!!
