Great selection of vitamins, went there to look for a specific brand and maybe to find something to help build up the immune system. I was also looking for a good multivitamin for my teenage son. The female employee wasn't very helpful and didn't seem interested in helping. Very little knowledge on their products and couldn't recommend a good multivitamin for teenager, that is not filled with fillers and junk that cannot be ingested or absorbed, and would help boost the immune system. Never asked if we needed any help and once I approached her, she was short with her response and very little suggestions, if any. She points to a wall and says it would be over in that area if we have anything. I've shopped at vitamin shoppe before but I'll be looking for some place that is more helpful in finding or suggest something I'm looking for. Just between the two workers and our interaction with them, we will be looking for a more friendly atmosphere and with employees that have knowledge of what they are selling. I assumed since they ONLY sold vitamins and supplements, that they would have a good understanding of the inventory. We still bought a multivitamin that we had to do some research on the internet with our phones to find something that might help. If that's how you have to find anything or get information about certain vitamins. Why even have two employees working? I should've realized when we were the only people in that place, there must be a good reason. My suggestion is to do your research on specific vitamins before you go in and look for the signs above to tell you where certain ones are, because that's the only way you will get what you need.

My sister and I love going to Vitamin Shoppe in Pensacola. The products are good and the people that work there are Great! If we need help they give it or just let us browse. We actually now consider them friends.

This store is my go-to place for supplements now, after the great service I have received at every visit. It is very well kept and clean also! All the staff are so friendly and knowledgable about the products. 10/10 will recommend this place to friends! Keep up the good work
