Patty, Katie, and Peggy are the best pharmacists/techs. These three women are the reason I continue to use this location and have for many years. I love that even though they fill hundreds of prescriptions daily, they always remember who everyone is.

Worst pharmacy in Lakeland. They ignore your calls even when not busy, talk down to you when asking simple questions, and are extremely rude and unhelpful. I had one pharmacists ask me why my primary doctor wrote me a prescription. How is that any of their business? I had to have my dr. call and I was told they were extremely rude to to him as well. Go to....well, anywhere else would be better. These people clearly hate their jobs and take it out on customers

The pharmacy is great . But Amir the manager of target is awesome really went above and beyond for me over something as simple as coffee. I really had a horrible day of finding out I need neck surgery up until he brightened it just by making sure my gift card worked and when it was almost 2$ over he covered it out of his own $. They’re amazing and the two workers that were there last night were just as kind. Back to the pharmacy Claims you have given me all the information which she did not and was too lazy to pick up the phone and make a phone call to properly fill my prescription.

The Pharmacist- Mrs. Patty was amazing! She was able to diagnose the situation, and took great care of me. Connie provided good customer-service as well. 5 Star!

Let me start by saying I appreciate every singe persons role in this crazy world we are in but this lady should not have a job in healthcare if she is going to be the way she is. I got my booster shot at the pharmacy and she started out by being super rude and obviously not wanting to take the time to give me the booster, she told me to come back even though she didn’t have anyone waiting or anyone filling scrips. I asked her for side effects, she didn’t explain anything well and made a comment about me mixing vaccines. She injected the vaccine and it came out all down my arm and when I asked if it stuck and worked she said I don’t know call your doctor, I’m not giving you another one… I had now have to pay for an antibody test because come to find out, she should have looked at how much came out and told me so that SHE could have decided on giving me another, or told my doctor. On top of me having to pay for an antibody test, I also now had to pay for two doctors appointments because she injected the vaccine into the wrong muscle and a possible injection. So on top of the appointments I have to have, I also now have to pay for prednisone and an antibiotic … and get this … potentially have to redo my booster and go through the side effects again because she can’t do her job right. Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had, if you are considering getting your booster from the target CVS, please don’t.
