This is the WORST pharmacy my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband receives medication monthly and each month they mess up the billing/don’t send bills to our insurance once our deductible has been met. My husband has had many phone calls with them already this year. Each time they tell him that everything has been figured out but then we get a call a couple days later and everything that was “figured out” no longer exists on their end suddenly. He has also had someone hang up on him in the middle of a very civil phone call and they didn’t bother calling him back. On top of all this they set up auto pay without our consent or notifying us in advance. We have been paying by mailing in a check each month. Suddenly after mailing a check in for the past 3 months, we had an unexplained charge on our from CVS. Neither my husband or I knew what it was for so he called again. The lady explained that when a check is sent in they automatically set up autopay. No where on the bill/statement we received did it state this. We had no prior knowledge of this and why did this just happen now and not previously? They are greedy and deceitful. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Pharmacy did NOT refill correctly. I receive a 3 month supply each time I refill. I only received a 1 month supply. Not happy at all. I am disabled and it's hard to get to every month. Besides, my insurance allows it and has paying.

At first I wasn't to to happy about CVS taking over at Target, because I liked what I already had. But after a year with CVS, I have no complaints at all. They get my renewals done for me. They text me when it's time to come pick up a new order. Usually a short line, which is the main reason to dump Wal-Mart. Always nice people at Target.

Call in to get a prescription filled for my daughter as we are headed out east for vacation. was given three different dates that prescription could be filled. and sometimes they are either out of stock or have to special order meds that we fill regularly. Target having CVS in their store is not worth it anymore

Extremely caring, competent, good listeners and efficient. Have had nothing but excellent experiences at this pharmacy. They are a hard working group
