Wish stars were optional. For some reason, the self check is the new best thing unless you need a money order, or “money gram” because they don’t sell money orders (lol) but as every other time I’ve asked, it’s not working. Could someone train these employees on this machine so they don’t have to look incompetent and say it’s down? The laziness of these employees is obvious. One star because the pharmacy is halfway decent.

Went to pick up prescription. They say $40 for my baslagar kwikpen. I've been paying $15. CVS claims because of deductible. I don't have a deductable. Pharmacist says we going to lunch don't have time to deal with this. What happened to customer service first! I left it.

Truly unprofessional when it comes to the pharmacy section I’m not sure how they even stay in business. Customer service sucks.

I feel it is unfair that I should have to award this pharmacy any stars at all. They deserve zero. As of right now I have been on hold for 35 minutes. I called right at 10:00 when the pharmacy opened. How many people could possibly be ahead of me? I am leaving to go out of the country and realized my prescription will run out before I return. Guess I'll just go without my meds. If I wait any longer, I'll miss my plane. Thanks, CVS.

Customer service is mediocre at best. One or two nice people and the rest have an attitude and don't want to even check you out. Especially with the picture counter.. is it really an inconvenience to hand me my photos? To the good ones THANK YOU.
