The store needs to be more clean and organized. Take San Benito as a sample, really. You also need new shopping carts and the ones there to have the wheels cleared from stuff not letting them roll smooth.

They have a lot of items to choose from. If not, you can shop online. You could definitely get it online

I call the electronic department and Charlie answer. I said to her that I needed a battery and that I had the original number. She replied we don't have batteries here. I said to her to tried the number, she seemed upset. When she did do it, she find out that they had the battery. If she doesn't want to help us don't answer the phone. She's a rude person.

I went through the store and got everything I needed. Then I went to check out where I realized I forgot my wallet at work. I tried to pay with my Walmart app but the signal at the front of the store was completely cut off. The pay pads didn’t take one touch pay either even though they just upgraded the systems. Get with the times and install one touch compatible pay pads and I’ll change my rating but I’ve been shopping here for years and this is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Couldn’t manually enter my card either.

This store has one of thr worst places to go any where ,in Wharton Texas the Walmart people in the department that they work has the lazys store staff in the world of Walmart store My town has the worst customer service in the world you can never find anyone for help ,and that check yourself out is a joke it's bad enough you go in there and can't get a person help carry out are come in the store and get some help from anyone.Walmart needs to put checkers back to work and train there staff to know there job in helping.Went in to asked for help on toys lane and the kid didn't want to help with finding the pricing because it wasn't in the spot that it should have been on, and when asked,his facial expression spoke volume to me.
