I ran into CVS to grab a knee brace for my boyfriend who was just in a motorcycle accident. I just got off work and had my purse on my back. It’s a small mini backpack. There was no employees in sight when I walked in. I bent down to look for a knee brace there’s several to choose from, so I start reading the packages. Out of nowhere This kid pops up and says ma’am will you leave your bag at the register for me and I said why he said it was store policy. I use this pharmacy and I’m in the store all the time, and not once have I been asked to leave my bag. Additionally, there was another family in the store. She also had a bag and was not asked to leave her bag at the register, but I was. I am a store manager at the mall, you can watch people, you can make comments to them about what they are looking at so they know you know what they have, but you cannot withhold someone’s purse from them. That’s crazy. I’m not going to trust some teenager with my wallet.

Switching pharmacies. Last week, No new paper Rxs taken 2-3 hours before closing. Left ER needing my meds and you couldn’t help. Today, New prescriptions take almost an hour to fill even when I count 4 people working. Ridiculous. And if you’re understaffed either adjust your hours completely or hire more people! Hardly ever a human being working in front. Store isn’t stocked well. You really need to do better for your customers especially those who are sick and/or in pain!

On Sunday, July 14, 2024, at around 2:30 pm, I had a very unpleasant experience with Brigette at the self-checkout. An item I wanted to purchase didn't have a barcode, so I pressed the assistance button. Unfortunately, Brigette made no effort to locate another item with a barcode. So I went back to the shelf myself but couldn't find any of the same item with a barcode. I brought them both up front to show Brigette. I informed Brigette, who then stepped out from behind the counter to check and confirmed there was no barcode. She brought back a similar but incorrect item and asked if a random price she suggested would be acceptable. I expressed that the price didn't seem right. At this point, she unexpectedly accused me of being rude, which I had not intended. Despite my apology, she became increasingly agitated, yelling at me to leave the store and threatening to call the police and ban me from the premises. I was shocked by her reaction and asked if she was serious, as her behavior escalated to screaming. She then retreated behind the counter and a door. I paid for my other items and, before leaving, attempted to verify the price she mentioned, but couldn't find any evidence.

Everything I need from ointments to clothes and I love the self checkout as an option. Store was clean, organized and associates always helpful.

I came here to get a passport photo taken and both of the machines were not working correctly. We asked the two ladies for assistance but they did not care and didn't give me the time of day to help resolve the issue. Please stay away from this place at all costs.
