Love this place. I was in the hood to workout and wanted to hit a grocery store on the way back to my place and I spotted this place. I don't know if it's brand new but this is a really clean store. And it's huge. It has some home goods and things other than regular groceries. Since I'm not used to the store I used the app to help me locate everything I needed. Nice and easy. I did have a question about where something was(because I read the app wrong 🫣) and an employee was super helpful. The lady I checked out with was super nice. Over all it's probably the nicest Kruger I've been to.

At the Kroger store in Savannah, GA #318 today we went to check out, the young lady Alasha had us waiting while she texted. We weren’t acknowledged at all. When she finished texting she rung up our groceries.

They never check the exsperation dates on the food they sell anymore. I bought a pack of Johnsonville double cheddar sausage Frank's last week and they expired in April and I didn't know till I got sick to my stomach on toilet all night! Produce section is always empty or rotten or both. All the buggies are missing a screw and ruined and you can hear someone pushing it on the other side of store. The scooters for handicapped are ALWAYS being used as bumper carts by lazy people or kids playing on them and the managers allow it. The other day 2 girls were going full speed raming into each other breaking them while a couple of employees were rooting them on and laughing! I've used this store for over 35yrs a couple times a week and no more!! I'll go elsewhere. This store and the employees are disgusting! The only ones who do there jobs are the couple of storage packers at night (short white man grey beard tall skinny red head guy and tiny lady with short grey hair).

I want to thank Mr. Sam for helping me and going beyond and helping me with a Instacart order I was shopping for, he said this is his first week of work! Keep up the great customer service Mr. Sam, Also, I want to thank Elijah for his determination to find me a product for a customer, because it wasn’t on the shelf, I don’t know where he got it from, but he came running with it after we had checked the cooler and it wasn’t there. Customer Service means a lot when you can’t find what you’re looking for! Keep up the great great work Mr. Sam & Elijah

I have not been here in a while, and I used the self check-out. Because of a terrible scan on fish, an attendant had to come and watch a video of me checking out. Then when I'm almost done, an attendant had to come again (for no apparant reason), and he had to watch a video from the fish all the way to where I was. OH HECK NO! I'm saving you money by self -checking out and you are going to waste MY TIME and treat me like a common criminal???? NEVER AGAIN. I will stick to Publix.
