A clerk named “Brian” was called to the pharmacy for assistance. I saw him at the end of the aisle on his phone. As I approached him, he diverted to another aisle. Then he diverted again to avoid me. I went back to the pharmacy & told the pharmacist he was avoiding me & refused to help me. She went to find him. A few minutes later as I was in cosmetics, I heard him YELLING at the pharmacist saying she didn’t tell him what to do. She was black & clearly well educated. He was a white redneck. I went to her & told her she should report him to HR for racial discrimination. I’ll never go to that CVS again. As I was in the parking lot leaving, Brian was standing outside on his phone again, obviously still on the clock.

My Aetna benefits card for other supplements was very hard to use and requires multiple trips and failure to give me all my credits. What a hassel.

Pharmacy hours posted to be open until 8pm. My patient of mine needed her pain and nausea medications after surgery. Her prescriptions were sent here bc she would be discharged and there before 8. When arrived at 7:15, pharmacy was closed. Hours there say 7 pm now. Need to update on the website!!!
