1 Cashier & 11 people waiting. I did the job of an employee, didn't get paid, and had to wait 16 minutes to do it. Where should I send my invoice for .25 hours of labor?

This was, hands down, the most horrible experience I have ever had at a CVS. The person who is supposed to be the manager, Candace, was extremely rude and denied service based on her own PERSONAL bias. Although all the information for me to send my money gram had already been verified by the cashier, she came behind the cashier with visible attitude, and refused the service with no explanation. Once the police were called she told them that she felt like we could possibly be sending the money to a terrorist organization and that was her reasoning for denying service. She had no basis for this assumption other than her own personal issues and people with these kinds of issues really shouldn’t be in positions where they are being paid to assist others. Candace is a horrible representation of CVS

I always have a great experience at this place. Staff will go over and beyond to help You save money. Staff is very helpful to me in every way.

I wish there was an option for zero stars-it ALWAYS ruins my day when I have to deal with this pharmacy. Employees are always rude, disorganized, and in NO way helpful. If I could switch to Walgreens I would happily. I was able to switch to the Scenic highway location -out of my way but totally worth the time to not have to deal with the poor customer service the 9th Ave always delivers.
