I recently moved to the Baton Rouge area and chose this CVS because it is the closest to me. I have picked up prescriptions there about three times. On a previous visit, I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a rewards card. I did, and yesterday applied my reward points and a $4.00 coupon, which was applied to my entire purchase. What a savings. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. Yesterday, at checkout, the employee literally help me find my coupons on my cell phone. I am a senior and didn’t know how to navigate to find my coupons. I was very appreciative. I have experienced the same friendliness and helpfulness when getting my prescriptions. I highly recommend this CVS at 3200 Highland . Huge savings once you sign up for a rewards card. I know these rewards/coupons will be very helpful when shopping on line or in store. Don’t wait, go ahead and sign up. You won’t be disappointed.

😍😍😍I LOVE CVS PHARMACY!!!! VERY CLEAN STORE, VERY NICE EMPLOYEES, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWESOME DEALS AND THEY HAVE GREAT PRODUCT, QUALITY PRODUCTS THAT YOU WONT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE ... SADLY A LOT OF PEOPLE BE FORGETTING ABOUT THIS STORE LIKE (ME) UNTIL I HAVE TO GO!!! BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!🤣🤣🤣😍😍😍I HAVE FOUND MY GEM!!!! SINCE BEEN😍😍

Worst pharmacy ever. Lady is rude and very disrespectful. Does not know that she sounds the same in person as she does over the phone. Forgot to transfer my meds, went to pick them up an she made it out like I was wrong.

I had a terrible experience at this CVS. I am a college student and just went in to buy a Hershey bar and wasn't greeted by the older white lady working in the front. I go to find the candy I was looking for and was watched the entire time by the older white lady but couldn't even get a "Hello". A younger white male came in and was greeted by this some older white lady. I then went to pay and tried to smile at the lady but was greeted with an unpleasant mug. I went to self checkout to pay for my items and was again watched the entire time as if I was going to steal a $2 chocolate bar. This whole experience left me feeling uncomfortable and I feel that someone of that nature shouldn't be working here. I then went to text my African American friends about what I just experience only for them to say they've experienced the same exact thing with this cashier. This is unacceptable and racism and prejudice should not be welcomed or condemned in this place of business.
