This is the worst CVS I've ever visited. The store is completely dirty and stock is always very limited. The Pharmacy is a JOKE! It takes 10+ minutes each time I call to speak to the Pharmacist or anyone in that department. I moved to this area from Summerville and I rather drive there and use the CVS then to have to deal with this location on Remount Road. I will be moving my son's RX's to another store as he's Type 1 Diabetic and I can't take chances with his health because this Pharmacy is worthless!!
I was helped out by Brittany I think she's the Store Manager if she's not she should be. I was looking for a product and she didn't just point me in the direction but walked me over to it and then let me know about a similar product that she thought was little better in her opinion. And it was True.! The store was well maintained and employees looked happy and well kept up. Thanks Again Brittany.! Keep up the Good Work.!
I came her for my 2nd dose of the vaccine and everyone was very pleasant. The process was quick and seemless and the lady who gave me the shot was very kind. I also had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Kaelin - she provided me with exemplary service, saved me money (best deal ever, by the way), and made my shopping experience extremely enjoyable!
If I could give this CVS negative stars I would. Right now I’m going on hour two of trying to figure out this insurance mess that has been created. I’ve been to two locations trying figure this out and every time I’m getting a different story. The first time I was told that my insurance was expired and now at another location I’m being told that the insurance is current they just won’t cover it. This whole experience has put a nasty taste in my mouth. Especially this location where the pharmacist on duty talked down to me like I was an invalid. And tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about even though I had the rep from my insurance company on speaker phone. For that reason I have requested that my providers no longer send any medications to any of your pharmacies. The least your company could have done was communicate the discrepancy prior to filling the medications. So from here on out I will be filling medications with Walgreens where everything is communicated prior to filling my medications and the customer service actually provides customer service. Note this is not first time this has happened where I was told one of my medications was not covered what so ever but when the prescription was called into Walgreens somehow magically it was covered and all the pharmacist had to do was order it for pickup two days later. This franchise as a whole is a hotmess
I absolutely love "Z", Kaitland, Tiffany, and Eisha in the Pharmacy. They go above and beyond for me and my family. And are always happy to help and do so with such professionalism. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family. Tanya Deane
